Draft policy · pending legal review
The SureSleep 180 promise, spelled out.
We are building a clearer kind of sleep-program promise: a defined target, participation tracking, and a documented review at day 180. This is a proposed policy for launch planning, not a finalized legal offer.
The proposed day-180 target
Clear enough to understand before you begin.
For the proposed review, “sleeping through the night” means a minimum six-consecutive-hour stretch without parent intervention on at least five of the final seven nights of the program.
Proposed outcome definition
6 consecutive hours.
At least 5 of the final 7 nights.
The record is the family’s sleep log, reviewed alongside the participation notes and any documented exceptions.
How eligibility would work
Participation makes the review fair.
The proposed terms ask families to take part in the work the program is designed around. They are not hidden fine print, and they are still subject to legal and operational review before enrollment opens.
- 01Enroll during pregnancy or by day 21 after birth.
- 02Keep all program payments current once enrollment opens.
- 03Log sleep at least five nights each week and complete the curriculum and consultant check-ins.
- 04Use the personalized Phase 3 plan for at least 14 consecutive days before the day-180 review.
What happens at day 180
A proposed review, not a vague promise.
The consultant would review the final seven nights, participation records, and any documented exceptions. Under the proposed policy, an eligible family that does not meet the stated target would receive a refund of payments made. Final terms, timing, and availability depend on legal review and launch operations.
